Precision CNC Machining
AMS Micromedical specializes in high-precision metal machining to produce components that meet demanding specifications across diverse industries. Our advanced CNC turning, milling, and grinding processes allow us to fabricate complex geometries with tight tolerances and exceptional surface finishes.
Working with materials such as stainless steel, titanium, cobalt-chrome, and other high-performance alloys, we ensure durability and reliability for every application.

Conventional CNC Machining: Our conventional machining capabilities are highly versatile, supporting a wide range of part sizes and materials. This method is ideal for medium to large components, offering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or consistency
Micro Molding & Injection Molding
We deliver high-quality plastic injection molding solutions for both medical and non-medical applications. Using advanced technology and engineering-grade thermoplastics, we manufacture ultra-durable, precise components, including complex over-molded designs. Our capabilities cover both individual and assembled components, with quantities ranging from prototype runs to large-scale orders. Supported by FDA registration, ISO 13485 certification, and an ISO Class 7 cleanroom for packaging, every product meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability.
Prototyping & Development Support
Innovation moves quickly in technology-driven industries, and AMS Micromedical helps customers stay ahead. Our experienced engineering team works closely with clients to bring projects to life, providing prototyping and pilot production to test and refine designs before full-scale manufacturing.
With all operations completed in-house, from design to machining and finishing, our seamless workflow reduces risk, validates manufacturability, and accelerates speed to market. By integrating engineering expertise with hands-on production capabilities, we deliver practical, production-ready solutions efficiently and reliably.
Grinding of Stainless-Steel Drills and Cutting Flutes
AMS Micromedical specializes in high-precision CNC grinding using state-of-the-art ANCA technology to manufacture stainless steel drills and cutting flutes with exceptional accuracy and repeatability. Our ISO 13485-certified processes ensure every tool meets the rigorous standards of the medical, dental, and surgical industries.
Complex flute profiles, point geometries, and reliefs are ground to exacting standards. Our grinding processes are optimized for stainless steel and other medical-grade alloys, supported by rigorous inspection and in-process monitoring to guarantee consistent results. We also provide engineering support for collaborative design and prototyping of custom tool geometries. Tools can be finished to standard or sterile-ready surface specifications and laser-marked through an automated system for accurate identification.
Finishing, Cleaning & Passivation
To complement our manufacturing capabilities, AMS Micromedical offers a comprehensive range of finishing and secondary operations that enhance both the performance and appearance of every component. Our in-house processes include ultrasonic cleaning and citric acid passivation to improve cleanliness and corrosion resistance, as well as micro-blasting, deburring, and electropolishing to achieve smooth, consistent surfaces. Permanent product identification is provided through precise laser marking, while optional titanium anodizing and pad printing deliver advanced surface treatments and custom branding.
For projects requiring controlled environments, our ISO Class 7 cleanroom supports assembly, packaging, and labeling, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Quality & Compliance
Quality is the foundation of our operations. Our ISO 13485-certified Quality Management System ensures every product meets the highest standards for safety, performance, and reliability. Every project is supported by advanced quality planning, in-process and final inspections, full traceability and documentation, and rigorous validation and verification to ensure consistent, dependable results.
We maintain annual registration with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), ensuring our facility, products, and manufacturing activities meet strict regulatory standards. This registration ensures the production and distribution of safe, reputable micromedical solutions.
