CNC machining for implants and surgical instruments

Eonex provides ultra-precise CNC manufacturing for both human and veterinary medical devices. Our production includes orthopedic implants, trauma implants, spinal systems, and custom surgical instruments. All parts are manufactured in a clean, controlled environment using advanced 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining technologies. We support both titanium, stainless-steel and polymer machining, adhering to ISO 13485 and client-specific requirements.

Full development support for medical device manufacturers

In addition to CNC machining, Eonex offers complete design, engineering and product development services. Our in-house R&D team works closely with clients on concept design, technical drawings, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and functional prototyping. This integrated approach shortens the time to market for complex and innovative medical products.

Advanced in-house surface treatments for medical applications

Eonex operates a modern surface treatment facility specifically tailored for medical devices. We offer in-house anodizing, bead blasting, passivation, electropolishing, and laser marking to ensure full traceability and product differentiation.

Our anodizing processes allow for functional and visual customization, while passivation and electropolishing improve corrosion resistance and biocompatibility for implant-grade metals. Laser marking ensures UDI compliance and long-term traceability in line with MDR requirements.

Quality assurance and ISO 13485-certified processes

Eonex is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 standards. Quality is embedded into every layer of our operations—from incoming inspection and in-process controls to final part validation and traceability reporting. Our modern metrology lab includes 3D CNC-controlled measuring systems, enabling full documentation for critical parts.
