Our in-house assembly operations provide both manual and automated assembly and finishing services.

Pikes is trusted for its expertise in injection molding resin selection for highly engineered plastic resins. Plastic Insert & Over Molding
Our group has specialty expertise in plastic insert and over molding applications. We offer automated insert molding, which allows high dimensional stability and reliability. Types of inserts we typically work with include terminals/contacts, bobbins, photo-etched components, magnetic compounds and a variety of materials including plastic, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, copper and more. Our group develop customized automation cells to ensure process quality for insert and over molding projects.
