Custom Heavy-Gauge Thermoforming
Plastic Molding Technology provides highly accurate, controlled processes for thermoformed structural skins and enclosures, along with full-service finishing capabilities. We specialize in heavy-gauge thermoforming, with vacuum forming, pressure forming and drape forming capabilities available.
The company offers over 70,000 square feet of thermoforming space, with 9 thermoforming lines including a 3-stage rotary (4’ x 6’), a 2-stage shuttle (3’ x 5’) and three single stations (5’ x 9’; 4’ x 6’; 4’ x 5’).

Custom Extrusion for Pipes, Tubes and Profiles
Plastic Molding Technology is a leading supplier of custom profile, pipe and tubing extrusions, specializing in made-to-order and high-volume extruded plastics. PMT’s custom profile and pipe extrusion capabilities provide versatile production and material processing capabilities. Our process knowledge and integration of manufacturing controls provide high quality products, on time. PMT offers 15,000 square feet of dedicated extrusion space that houses 5 extruders, ranging from 2″ to 6″ for custom profile extrusions and ½” up to 5” for pipes and tubing.
