Our precision cleanroom converting operations manufacture a complete portfolio of chevron pouches, chevron header pouches, Tyvek® header bags, breather bags, flat bags, barrier pouches, and zipper or stand-up pouches (SUP, SURP)—as well as pharmaceutical bags, medical bags, and needle packaging solutions. Each package is designed for compatibility with ETO, gamma, X-ray, autoclave, steam, hydrogen peroxide (VHP), critical CO₂, irradiation, and dry-heat sterilization processes.

PPC’s NIA-PFAS-compliant films, peelable webs, and roll-stock and lidding materials deliver the performance and cleanliness required for today’s sterile barrier packaging. Our materials include DuPont Tyvek® 1073B, 1059B, 2FS, and 1422A, polyethylene, and paper-based sustainable films, all optimized for form-fill-seal (FFS) and flow-wrap packaging lines.

PPC Flex Precision Clean®

All PPCFLEX Precision Clean II products meet the cleanliness standards set by the Kennedy Space Center, specifically KSC-C-123J. This specification establishes surface cleanliness levels, test methods, cleaning and packaging requirements, and protection and inspection procedures for determining surface cleanliness. Additionally, cleanrooms are certified to ISO Class 4 & 7.

Additionally, PPC’s Chevron equipment is one of the only machines in the USA capable of producing Chevron Header pouches (CHP), which lowers overall material costs while maintaining excellent peel and breathability properties. PPC Flex Advanced nylon-based films and preformed bags for aseptic storage of prepared plated media

PPC Flex offers advanced nylon-based films and preformed bags engineered specifically for aseptic storage of prepared plated media, such as pre-filled Petri dishes. These high-performance materials support efficient production, available in preformed bag formats or roll stock for flow-wrapping applications. For sensitive contents, optional opaque film protects light-sensitive ingredients while maintaining packaging integrity. Our films offer excellent moisture management with high WVTR to reduce internal condensation. Compatible with gamma sterilization before or after filling, these solutions help preserve sterility until use.
