Springs of all types

Our compression & traction springs are produced by our Conventional and CNC coiling machines and Multisided CNC Machines. Their form can be cylindrical, conical, multiform, with grounded ends or not, compressed or not. Possible to do springs with flat wire (dimensions depending on material) and with all kind of loops.

Stamped and bent parts

Our progressive die tools and Swiss tools (automatic tools) on presses and multisided technology machines with presses, our R&D department and Tool Shop, are able to produce your technically complex products with high quality requirements.

Our presses from 10 up to 40 tons and multisided technology machines, working respectively with strips of material width up to 100 mm and 50 mm.

Micro-components we produce micro components, compression, traction and multiform micro springs with a minimum wire diameter of 0.025 mm and a minimum spring diameter of 0.17mm.

We’re equipped to handle both prototyping and full-scale production, always with strict adherence to your technical specifications.

Production capacities

We have the mastering of the whole production process and therefore ensure you that it will fit your requests, in line with your quality, quantity and delivery needs.

Stamping, bending, coiling and forming wire springs (Compression, traction, torsion), Compressing and grinding springs, Heat treatment and polishing, Assemblies and micro-assemblies by mechanical or welding (electrical and laser) process. These are just some of the different processes which we master to perfection.

Following ISO 9001 certification, our goal is to move towards ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 standards.
