With SCHIEDERWERK`s innovative virtual design platform for modulated power supplies with configurable outputs, you can significantly reduce development times, minimize costs, and lower risks. The platform allows for unique combinations of pre-developed EN-60601-certifiable standard modules with complex, customer-specific circuits.

Covering a power range of up to 3.6 kW per device, SCHIEDERWERK’s advanced power design platform supports various applications in the medical field as X-ray equipment, ultrasound devices, battery-powered equipment, operating tables, electrical dental treatment centers and light sources for endoscopy systems.

Switching power supplies for medical applications from Schiederwerk can be completely specified by the customer. But standard functions such as power factor correction, safe isolation (MOOP, MOPP) and typical low voltage outputs (5Vdc, 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc) are fully pre-developed and can be taken from our EN60601 tested standard modular system. Our power supply kit reduces development times, costs and risk in your project to a minimum. At the same time, the special architecture of our supply solution is very flexible in terms of form factor, connections, geometry and communication (e.g. PMBUS, CAN), which makes integration into the end device much easier.
