Injection Molded Plastic Parts

Our product range includes customized injection-molded plastic parts, partly assembled components, and complex systems. We specialize in developing tailored system solutions for clients in the medical, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical industries, collaborating with them to bring innovative products to maturity and into serial production.

Utilizing advanced technology and efficient processes, TT Medic excels in plastic injection molding for medical and pharmaceutical applications. Our high-performance injection molding machines, with clamping forces ranging from 500kN to 1,500kN, enable us to handle demanding projects. We are equipped for micro-mold technology in cleanroom environments, producing high-precision micro-parts for applications such as microfluidics, spray-tips, surgical, and endoscopic devices.

Cleanroom Manufacturing

In our cleanrooms meeting ISO class 7 and 6 and GMP class C/B standards, we offer a range of services, including printing, labeling, assembling, welding, gluing, filling, and packaging. Additionally, we provide services like filling media into containers or syringes, various packaging options, and the production of bags with one or more ports.
