Expert consulting for feasible medical plastic components

Everything starts with a detailed consultation. Once we have received your enquiry, it will undergo a manufacturability assessment, passing through all departments – from sales, quality management, purchasing, design, development, tool manufacture and mechanical engineering through to the plastic moulding department and assembly. We aim to find the ideal balance between your product and our manufacturing concept. Our team knows exactly which materials are required and which tool and process technology to use to fully meet your requirements. Our project management team constantly monitors compliance with your product-specific requirements. We use project schedules for systematic deadline tracking and documentation. Cleanroom and controlled area for maximum patient safety

Our several cleanrooms comply with ISO 14644 Class 7 and are certified to GMP Class C. This enables a completely separate area designated specifically for manufacturing plastic parts for your medical products and pharmaceutical components. The temperature, overpressure and humidity in the room are permanently monitored. Regular monitoring of particles and microorganisms adds the finishing touch to our cleanroom concept. Our whiteroom, located in front of the cleanroom, is also equipped with a high-quality air filtration system. This provides us a variety of options for meeting your individual requirements cost-effectively and to a high standard of quality.
