Blister Packaging Machines for the Medical Industry
MPS is an independent Swiss business that manufactures blister packaging machines for international markets. Our engineering workshop is not only used for manufacturing our own components, but also for supplying precision engineering components to many other companies. The engineering department of our company is fully utilized to meet the rapidly developing needs of the global market. As a result, we can deliver complete packaging systems, not just individual components, thanks to the advanced and unique equipment we design and build. Tailor-made, customized products can be designed by MPS to satisfy the wants and needs of today as well as tomorrow.
We can supply an appropriate solution for all aspects related to design, manufacture, and support of our blister packing machines, including automated loading and filling, as well as non-stop feeding.
The possibilities our technology provides are limitless, and packing for non-foods is available at your convenience. We have extensive experience within the medical packing sector, and a notable presence in the far East, for items such syringes, catheters and IV sets.
Our MPS-Machines are made from either stainless steel or built in anodized aluminium, with hygiene standards compatible for use in clean-rooms, and they can be applied and used within every sector of the industry, while complying with all hygiene laws in effect.
Our technical department is available for all inquiries and to solve any problems you may have. Available at all times to cater to any issues, the technical staff are expertly trained and excel in customer service.
We have enormous experience, knowledge and creativity in this field, giving us the background we need to run a successful business and to meet the needs of our customers.
The latest technology is used in MPS blister-packing machines for our customers. MPS provides blister-packing machines of the necessary size and performance for every application. This entire range of these standard machines which have been customised have been designed and built in accordance with CE-Norms.
With the MPS Thermoform Fill Seal Machine (also known as the Blister Packing Machine) you can manufacture high-speed medical packaging kits at a high level of efficiency. Frame and covers are made out of stainless steel in the most modern design and suitable especially for medical packing applications.
Omron, Group Schneider and Festo are all companies who have provided some of the high-quality international components used on this machine. The PERFORM-II has been designed in compliance with CE-Norms and carries the CE-Label. This is the most rapid machine on the market, with more than twenty-five cycles per minute during operation. It is reasonably priced, low-noise, and utilises the latest PLC technology, with a touch screen for operation. The vacuum pump needs no maintenance, and it’s cutting units are almost dust free. Emphasis is placed on operator safety in the design.
ECO-II is the high-quality, classic blister-packing machine we offer for smaller budgets. Swiss made, this machine is extremely reliable, long lasting, and of the highest quality with a fantastic price-performance ratio. CE-Norms and the CE-Label have been applied to the ECO-II. Also made with stainless steel and utilising PLC, touch-operated technology, this equipment has a high level of availability, and very low maintenance costs. It also uses an IWIS Gripper-chain of the highest quality.
Also offered for lower budgets is BASIC, readily available and sturdily constructed in Switzerland. While this machine isn’t equipped with a CE-approved label, it can be modified to abide by those regulations. This machine has been designed for reliability, endurance, and high performance, with a high availability and PLC touch screen operation.
